€10,000 compensation & enhanced redundancy package for supervisor

The Labour Court has recommended that a worker employed as a community employment (CE) scheme supervisor by Na Fianna CE Scheme Ltd, on a series of one year contracts since 2001, should be paid an ex-gratia redundancy payment.
