The Industrial Relations (Amendment) Bill – published on August 7 - will “strengthen the existing system for the making of both Employment Regulation Orders and Registered Employment Agreements and [will] provide for their continued effective operation,” according to the Minister for Labour Affairs, Mr Dara Calleary.
